You can mark a Milestone if it contains sexually explicit or graphic material. Swearing or horror themes don’t count – if you want to let people know about that kind of thing, add a note in the text to say something like: “Warning: Contains horror themes.”
⚠ If any milestone is marked as adult content, your entire profile becomes hidden to users who aren’t signed in and don’t have adult content enabled.
