Here’s where you add a milestone for one of your projects. It can be anything — a film, a book, a stage show, a song, or a piece of artwork — anything you’ve been involved in.
Title
The name of the project, production, or experience.
Position(s)
List up to five positions you had on the project, like Writer, Producer, or Actor. You can add extra context for each, or specify the role you played if you were an actor.
Platform
Where or how it appeared — publisher, network, venue, company, website, etc.
Location
Where it happened.
Description
This is where your milestone comes alive. Write in the first person and tell the story behind it. How did it happen? What did it mean? How was it received? Share the moments that made it special, the funny mishaps, and the behind-the-scenes stories. Don’t hold back – be proud, be self-deprecating, or just let your personality shine. The more vivid and engaging your story, the more memorable your milestone becomes.
If you worked with others who have Milestones Pages, you can tag them by using their @username.
Image
Upload a representative image — poster, album cover, still from the show, etc.
Add Button Options
You can attach extra content to enhance your milestone:
- Website – link to shops, reviews, event pages, etc. You can rename the link from the default “website” to something more specific.
- Video Embed – paste an embed link from most video platforms. For instructions on how to embed videos from specific platforms, please refer to the platform’s own help or support documentation.
- Audio File – upload audio (max 50MB per file).
- Image Gallery – add up to 50 images. You can re-name each for context and sort them in any order.
- PDF – upload programs, press kits, promotional flyers, etc.
*Note that videos from most platforms can be embedded on your Milestones Page, but it’s important to check the playback and privacy settings on the original platform. If embedding is disabled, restricted, or the video is set to private, it won’t play properly when viewed on Milestones Page. Always double-check those settings to ensure your audience can watch your videos seamlessly.
Start & End Dates
You must include at least the start year. If the exact date isn’t known, you can mark it as “approximately” , and if the milestone is ongoing, select “To Present.”
Date Note
Add extra info like “10 shows”, “13 episodes” or “Wednesdays, but not 13 May”. If you have two milestones on the same day, you can put #1 and #2 in the date note to keep them in order.
Category
Tag each milestone with a category (e.g. Theatre, Music, Film, Book). You can use more than one, and if you use several, the milestone will appear under each category when sorting.
Privacy
Milestones can be set to Public, where everyone can see them or Private, where only you can see them.
Adult Content
Only tick this if the milestone contains sexually explicit or graphic material. Swearing or horror themes don’t count – if you want to let people know about that kind of thing, add a note in the text to say something like: “Warning: Contains horror themes.”
⚠ If any milestone is marked as adult content, your entire profile becomes hidden to users who aren’t signed in and don’t have adult content enabled.
Pin This Milestone
Pin any milestone to the top of your profile. You can pin multiple and drag them into your preferred order.
