Mark a milestone as adult content only if it includes sexually explicit material or highly graphic/disturbing content.
You don’t need to mark it as adult content just because it contains:
- Swearing or strong language
- Dark or edgy humour
- References to horror, gore, or violent films
- Burlesque, drag, or provocative performance art (that isn’t explicit)
- Mature themes presented thoughtfully
In these cases, a simple note in the milestone text (e.g. “Warning: Contains horror themes” or “Includes strong language”) is enough.
Only use the adult content tag when it’s clearly necessary, otherwise, it may unnecessarily limit your profile’s visibility.
If you’re unsure, it’s best not to post it until you’re confident it fits the guidelines.
